Once you become a member and receive your materials you may continue coming to new sessions as long as you like. We have found that many people do this because they have found The Light Weigh to be both enjoyable and interesting. Over and over we hear how The Light Weigh has changed peoples lives, and we give total credit to the Holy Spirit. Read the "Testimonials" section. It is our prayer that each member will experience a greater appreciation for God’s great love for them, for our Catholic Faith and attain the peace with food they seek.
