The Light Weigh has been an answer to my prayers!  It is a truly joyful program that has helped me to grow in our wonderful Catholic faith tremendously!  Thanks be to God I have lost 36 pounds and now wear size 4 clothing.

The before picture was taken in June 2005. The after picture was taken in July 2006.  I've been overweight since 5th grade. I tried many "diets"  until I gave up and stayed around 220lbs for 10 years. The Light Weigh set me free. I now weigh 124lbs and have lost 94lbs.     God Bless You!  I started the program on July 30, 2005 and have lost 23.5 lbs.  I am thrilled.  My sister Peggy, who is leading us now has lost 46 lbs.  We are so proud of her.  Our mother has lost over 15 lbs.  It has been the easiest weight I have ever lost.  I still have about 23 lbs to lose, but am working to sacrifice in order to continue on our journey with the Holy Spirit.  I love the sonflower tapes!!!!!!

The program is absolutely wonderful and I am so delighted to have Suzanne talk with me every week.  This is my third session with the group and so look forward to our meeting nights.  As long as our hostess will continue the video tapes, I will attend as it is amazing that each time I hear more and more that I couldn't believe I missed it or forgot it from the first time we watched the video (or the second time).

It has been just over a year since I started Light Weigh with a small group in our parish.  I enrolled my husband in the class.  He was the star pupil and lost 40 pounds in 12 weeks and he is still losing a pound or two every month.  He had his hip replaced the year before and is amazed at how comfortable and mobile he is now.  I lost 15 pounds (my goal), which I have kept off as well.  The weight loss is a miracle but there are others besides.  We made most of our sacrifices for our grown son....At Christmas last year, (he) announced his engagement and desire to get married in the Church!  We were astounded. .... I can not begin to thank you for all we have learned from you, especially the power of prayer with fasting.  It is absolutely incredible!  I have no doubt that the Holy Spirit is working with and through you.  God bless you!

I would like to thank you for your generous response to Pope John Paul II’s call to the new evangelization.  The Light Weigh is a beautiful program that calls us into a deeper relationship with Jesus and a greater love for His Church.  As in the past, God has used my frustration with my weight fluctuations to get my attention. .... My fifteen pound weight loss following a difficult miscarriage has given me renewed energy and hope, but more importantly I have learned what sacrifice truly is and can be. .....  I appreciated your honesty, sincerity, and concern in all of the tapes and videos.  I continue to pray that your ministry could reach many more people who need to know the fullness of truth in our holy Catholic Church.  Your light is shining brightly!
