Hello Precious One!

I believe in giving credit where credit is due and the groundhog was right! Spring is on its way early this year! That means no more coats to hide in, but that is not a worry if you embrace Light Weigh One King or Light Weigh! But why do we fight it? Pride & Fear. Will we not admit we: Need to change? Need God’s grace & help? Need to persevere? Need to struggle to achieve our goal? Need to meet as a group? Need to give the taming of our will some focus and attention? But – what if God won’t help me?!

God is right there – the question is: Will you help Him to help you? Will you do what you need to do? Such as, start a group, join a group or keep going in a group. No one needs a crystal ball to know being overweight is un-fun, unpleasant, unhealthy, expensive and the road to poor health and medications.

You have two directions you may go this spring – take the Light Weigh direction and let the change begin or stay where you are – run to what God has for you in Light Weigh! Easter is about three weeks away. Be sure to put Light Weigh in your bulletins for people to see on Easter weekend. You may bring someone back to the Church!
