Hello Precious One!

First I would like to say thank you to all veterans and their families, for everything they have done and endured for our country. May God bless you all!

Memorial Day honors the veterans and loved ones who have gone on to the next life. We owe it to God, those who are no longer here and ourselves, to make the most of this life we are given. I was blessed to speak with a One King member who told me when Janet (her coordinator) started Light Weigh in their parish 12 years ago – she did not join because she thought, “that will never work!” Janet persevered and went on the start a One King group too, which this lady due to her continued struggle with food, decided to join. She was calling to thank me for what One King has done in her life and her eating! She said she so wished she had joined 12 years ago, instead of wasting so much time and money on other programs. I am thanking and praising God for what she has experienced in One King and I am thanking and praising God for Janet ~ who kept stepping out to spread the light!!! Wow!!!!

Make your summer count. There is no better way to make the most of this summer by starting, joining or continuing in Light Weigh or One King.
