AWESOME RETREAT!
Hello Precious One!
All I can say is "WOW!" The day retreat at St. Cyril's was amazing! Light Weigh Coordinators and members flew in from as far away as Minnesota and drove in from New York, New Jersey, Virginia, other towns in Pennsylvania and from all over the Philadelphia area to be there and I LOVED getting to meet and see everyone! We invited the Holy Spirit to come and work in our hearts and He did! It never ceases to amaze me the talks He inspires and the affect the words have on people there. I heard amazing comments:
"This spoke to me."
"I felt called to come and the words you said spoke to right where I am."
"I needed to hear this! I am so glad I came."
"I realize I have let things slip and I want to get it back."
"I think God is calling me to start a Light Weigh group at my parish. I didn't think I could do it, but now I think I can."
"I feel called to do something."
It was amazing! I too feel even more invigorated and on fire to spread Light Weigh because it has had such an impact on so many lives.
I heard so many testimonial stories that I had not heard before!!! I saw Betty, whom I had not seen since she lost her weight on One King and I did not recognize her!!! She was glowing and smiling and so happy - it made me so happy! Anne, who organized the retreat has lost so much weight, her husband is telling her she is "aging in reverse" - just what we all want to hear! Sue looks fantastic and has kept her weight off and Josie told me she lost 22 pounds! Please all of you send in current pictures!!!
I am SO THANKFUL to have met everyone and been used by God to motivate and touch hearts. I am SO THANKFUL for the zeal I received! I am SO THANKFUL to the women: Anne, Mary, Sheila, & Jody who organized this retreat! They stepped out and organized a fire to spread the flame! Their retreat made the work God wanted to do in hearts possible. It is impossible to know the impact - but I can tell you from being there, the Holy Spirit worked in hearts and so the flame will spread! This retreat has reinforced the power of God's presence when we come together in the Holy Name of Jesus. I want to speak in your area too!
