Hello Precious One!

Did you know that starting a group now or staying active in your current group is one of the best things to do for God, others and yourself?! Yes it is more than true! Starting a group now will help you to enjoy Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's more, because you will be enjoying the foods of the season without the weight gain. You will be making the most of your time, by pursuing health through spiritual growth, at a time when most give up the attempt. You will be happier, more at peace and not feel overstuffed and out of control, as you connect deeply to the real meaning of Christmas.

This time of year we are more focused on being "thankful," so take this moment and remember how much thanksgiving we owe to Jesus Christ. He is the reason for freedom in America, because if you will notice - Christianity must exist for there to be a democracy. Doubtful? Just look at the world. Christianity, not feminism, must exist for women to be treated well. The more we turn our backs on God, the worse things get, because all goodness and greatness comes from God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

I also want you to take a moment and be thankful for your coordinator. It takes immense courage and love to announce you are forming a group - but it takes something else too. It takes the ability to listen to the call in your heart from God and then to acton it! I just received another email from Millie about her husband Ray, who suffered a terrible accident when he fell off a ladder. Ray is now paralyzed and on a ventilator. Millie is in Betty's Light Weigh One King group and her group has been there for Millie to support her through this extremely scary and difficult time, as have each of you with your prayers and sacrifices! Betty has helped so many through starting her group! It is like God's love spreading through the world, the way the red is spreading through the green of the bush in the above picture. Millie is just the most recent example of someone who has been seriously helped because Betty started One King at her parish.

Thank you so much for the Fowler Sister CDs. I will look forward to receiving them. I've been playing the Restoration CD when I come home in the evening and it has helped. I never thought to take it in for Ray to listen to. Suzanne, I can't begin to tell you how blessed I am to have you, Betty and Light Weigh members in my life during this difficult time. I don't know how I could have handled things. I know it will be a long journey. As Ray becomes more alert things are becoming more of a reality for both of us. Thank you again for everything.
